By accessing and using Team Ticker, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Team Ticker is a trading analytics and journaling platform designed for futures traders. Our service provides:

• Trade tracking and performance analytics
• Trading journal and reflection tools
• Risk management features
• Team collaboration capabilities
• Data import and export functionality

Team Ticker is a tool for tracking and analyzing your trading activity. It does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or execute trades on your behalf.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access Team Ticker, you must create an account and maintain an active paid subscription:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• All features require an active subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

All subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe:

• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
• Payment is collected after the trial period ends
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Team Ticker are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the trading data you input into our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

IMPORTANT: Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Ticker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Team Ticker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not sell your personal information. You are responsible for backing up your own data, and we recommend regular exports of your trading information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, your payment fails, we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or we discontinue the service with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Ticker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

13. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
